TulsaJeff Asked me to post at Roll Call and give you guys a idea who I am so her go's.
My name is Jimmy aka "Pennz" I live in northern California. I'm an electrician, happily married with 4 kids 3 grand-kids only 3 at home. I am new at smoking.I picked up a charbroil silver smoker (offset) from a guy for $20.00 cleaned it up had some rust. Took a wire wheel to it. installed new thermometer, painted the outside, and seasoned it. Did my first smoke Easter Sunday, pork ribs. I asked question in forum about my first smoke. I hope someone can point me right direction.
