Happy Easter! We smoked 2 racks of pork ribs I broke them down St. Louis style and used some of the brisket cut in some smoked beans. I was really surprised how much I liked this simple bean recipe. I grilled some chicken thighs and the wife did some bacon wrapped asparagus bunches, and Mom came threw with the slaw! Hope everyone's day was as good as mine!

Looks great...............

Hey thanks Guys I have to say I Owe it to all of You! on this forum I've learned the 3-2-1 method and ideas for my build. It's been a blast!

Oh my wife did the asparagus in the the oven. I'd think to smoke them though you might want to blanch them off then dunk them in an ice bath, then wrap em with the bacon. I think blanching them first would open up the pores then you'd probably only have to hit em with smoke for like an hour or so. Or till the bacon renders down. Any thoughts?
