My name is Andy. I travel working on the pipelines and I am 30 yrs old. I have been smoking meats for about 9 months now. I use a modified Brinkman 23 inch from home depot. have had great results since I added 2 real thermometers to it and drilled breathing holes in the coal pan and raised it off the ground. Have smoked brats, bacon, brisket, chicken, baby backs and spare ribs!!!
