Hello

My Name is Dee I'm in San Diego but from the South. I currently bbq on a Brinkmann Trailmaster LE with self mods. Currently have it with a five degree difference from one side to the other after reading and looking at post here. Thanks for that. I am not new to bbq as I have catered many events with up to 100 people. BBQ is like education to me the more you learn the better you get at perfecting your craft. This is my first time using an offset, so it has been a challenge getting it to this finished product. In the act of curing the pit right now.
