Here is some pics of what I'm working with and what little I've done so far.  The trailer had some ladder and platform attached to it that I cut off.  I think I will be able to use most of the structure I cut off.  Trying to build this on the cheap.

Squared up the frame.

Another part of the the original structure I'm going to use as my firebox. I plan to insulate it.

Here is the tank I'm using.  I cut the door out a few months ago.  Decided to put the build on hold after that until I could find a trailer.  Wish I would have found this site before I did that.  Oh well I'll make it work.

Will update as I make more progress.  It's slow going as I have to build this at work because I don't own the necessary equipment or have space to build at my house.  Needless to say but my wife doesn't like me staying at work all day and night.  Well at least most days.

Cannonball, morning and welcome to the forum.....  Hey, the nice thing about steel.... If you don't like something... weld it back together and start again....  It is easier to fix stuff now than suffer through a smoker you don't like.... Mods now are easy....  Dave
