Smoking crappie and catfish

I am building a UDS. I plan to smoke crappie and catfish. What temp and type of wood is recommended for these meats? Also, how long do you need to smoke?

1/28/14   1900     hello, my name is Chuck, mu son and i are doing crappie tournaments this year and we will have  fresh fish all

summer. i want to learn smoking and salt curing this year. all comments welcome.

fruity wood is always good with seafood bruce....apple, peach, but  i use pecan almost exclusively
