There is no way I'm going to be able to fire up and keep to temp my smoker today, but I have ribs ready to go in :(

It's been pouring for hours, it's supposed to continue pouring ALL DAY, and it's icy cold!!! What do I do with my ribs??!!!

Do you have a shed or overhang or garage and perhaps a fan?  Put the smoker in some sort of shelter and use the fan to draw out the smoke. I have had to resort to this method in the past.

Or, see if the big guy will string something up for you!

If you don't want to try that put them in the oven.  You know the temps you need and about how long it will take already.

Good luck,

Bill

Luckily for me, when the weather is gonna affect a cook, I have a covered porch I can put the smoke under.  Sorry to hear the weather is not cooperating with your cook...good luck!

Do you plan on foiling?

If so, use the 3-2-1 method - 3 hours in smoke, 2 hours in foil, 1 hour back in the heat.

They look really good!  Are these from your buddy with the pigs?

Yes, I am going to foil.

No, from my buddies at Costco :) they seem to be really nice, but what do I know... We'll find out later :)

Looking good. 40 degrees here and got 2 racks of ribs and a philly cheesesteak type fatty going.

It's about the same here, still misting heavily. I've got 3 racks, but stacked them for the photo... They looked like decent racks, I hope they taste as great as the look/smell!!

Your fatty looks great!!
