Was considering an electric but have had a change of heart; now am considering the Smoke Hollow 41170B as my first smoker.
Your thoughts good or bad would help in the decision
I have reviewed what I could find on the forum and appreciate that there are some problems which I feel I can repair (temperature gage and smoke leaks.
Are there other items that I should consider
