Hello! I just purchased a Masterbuilt 30-inch Electric Smoker (New Generation) from Amazon, and I'm incredibly excited to start smoking. I live in Brooklyn, NY, and can't wait to start making pastrami, brisket etc. Looking forward to being an active member of this forum!

One thing you need to know about us is that we like to see pictures of your creations and your gear.  We call it Q-View and its basically the

You guys will DEFINITELY see pictures of my food, as will everyone on Facebook and Twitter. Now I just gotta wait and figure out what to make first! Leaning towards brisket.
