In keeping with the 'go big or go home' or the 'waste not want not' theories I had a pound of ground beef to use and since there's only the two of us decided to use it all. I don't have the slick Stuftz tool so make do with an old large egg ring as a form. Stayed pretty traditional and stuffed with good old American cheese, sautéed mushrooms on top for me only and another slice of cheese on top like normal. I had made some sour dough rolls earlier that were a perfect size for the monsters so used those instead of what I usually use. Ketchup, mustard and mayo on the burgers and a side of crispy fries to round out the plate. They were in the Smokin It #3 for 2 hours at 250 degrees with some hickory.
