Eastern Kansas native transplant to Northeren Colorado. I'm new to smoking, right now I'm limited to my Weber kettle grill. Currently in the process of building a trailer mounted rf smoker.

Thank you. I have already been helped a lot just by browsing through the forum. I will start a new thread in the smoker build forum and post a few pics of my progress so far i when I get a chance. I need to take a some more pics as I do not have many. Everything is outside and its snowing right now and probably will be most of the day.
