Have lived 70 years in Pierce County, Wa state. Just bought my first smoker yesterday, a SMOKIN- IT-3. Waiting for shipment. Love cookin over fire and smoke. Up to this time I've used grill/bb methods. Looking forward to smoked pork butts and brisket soon. Am dada to seven and papa to 22. Love cookin for family and friends. Have a great summer everyone.
