I have a Smokey Mt gas / wood smoker. In Jeff's last recipe about corned beef, he mentioned pellets in the smoker??? And they lasted 3 - 4 hours ?? Does he actually do that? Any one else?? My profile won't show until I post. This is my second post, do I need more?     AND I have a corned beef in the cooker today, I am drooling :)     Larry

If you use pellts in a gas smoker you have to have something like the amazen pellet smoke tube otherwise if you just thow them in tge chip pan they burn up to quickly.
