Hi everyone! I am from Virginia ,and I love smoking pig. I don't have a fancy rig,I have always made due on whatever grill I have Had ,with smoke boxes ,cans, or what ever I could burn wood or woodchips in.The smoker I have now is the closest thing I have ever had to the real thing.I have been fooling around with cooking like this for over 20 yrs.I am by no means a pro. I just really enjoy it.I am glad I found this place, at least I know I am not the only one with this addiction!
