I've been browsing the forums for a few weeks now and finally signed up... I'm official now!

Tons of great info and I can't wait to find out more.

As for me:

I live in Sacramento, Ca. with my wife, daughter, and bun in the oven.

I bought a MES 30 about a week ago.

Never been much for cooking (or cleaning) and can't explain how I got the bug to smoke.

I look forward to meeting you all and sharing some great stories!
