Hey everybody I've been enjoying the site from afar for a while, finally registered. I live in Boerne, TX and I have a Brinkmann Trailmaster LE offset smoker, a Weber kettle, and a beat up crappy Brinkmann bullet smoker that's only job nowadays is to be a safe place to light my chimney starter. I've developed an unhealthy addiction to smoking St Louis spares, and still trying to work my way up to my first brisket smoke. Glad to be here.

Welcome to the addiction MDodd. Just remember on your brisket to go low and slow. About 1.5 hours per pound to about 203 for a good slicer.
