Hello All,

My name is Neil and I am from South Central Minnesota. I'm 23 and just getting started in the smoking world. My dad dabbles a little bit and he ended up buying me a Masterbuilt electric 40" w/window a little over a year ago for christmas. Ive stuck mostly to the basics like jerky, boston butt, etc. and actually just started my first batch of bacon this past week. I look forward to getting alot of great advice and great recipes here!
