Hello, my name is Aaron but everyone calls me Moe. I am born and raised from Chicago, IL. I am currently in the military and have been in for 11 years plus. I currently reside in South Carolina and love the weather out here. It is great for all year cooking outside. I love grilling and cooking and thought to myslef let me try something new. I have been watching many shows on foodnetwork about smoking and country wide competitions with smoking and grilling and thought to myself, " I can do that too!" I was excited and went out to start looking at smokers. Since i was new to the game, I wanted to buy something that i can handle and was user friendly. I asked around and read some reviews and chose the (drum roll).....Char Broil Silver Smoker. I have watched many youtube videos and the modifications that many have suggested to do to have a great smoking time. I hope to use this site to its fullest and learn from all you professionals out there. I will be using the smoker tonight and hope to smoke some ribs to perfection.
