hey guys im gonna give a crawfish boil  a try this weekend i need some advice on what sausage to mix in with the corn and potatoes i was thinking of making a beef smoked sausage ?

What I do every year for July 4th....is a Hillshire farm beef sausage. I do a low country boil and have for years.

But....I know now..I can make my own too this year!

thanks for the help i think i will go ahead and use what i have this time which is close to the hillshire farm but gonna give pepperoni a try next time .
