Hi all, looks like a really good BQ site. Pretty new to smoking, looking to learn all I can. Smoked last year on an E' Cheapo vertical Brinkman.  Just bought an Oklahoma Joe Longhorn yesterday and looking to start experimenting! An tips would be more than welcome! Thanks in advance.

Thanks all for the welcome! Tried to update the profile, but it didn't seem to work...just set there for an hour saying "please wait"....

Anyway, just curious where is the proper place to post questions about smoking with wood... I would call my first "all wood" smoking only a partial success and I'm looking for advice!
