Hello all,

Just joined the forum after 8 months of "stealing" info.  What a great resource.  I'm hailing from Chesapeake, VA and am new to smoking (about 8 months).  I got a chargriller 50/50 back in May and added the side smoker fire box about 4 months later.  I have really enjoyed the labor/learning/fun of charcoal smoking, but I wanted to expand my smoking capabilities and be able to smoke when its cold/windy/rainy.  So, last week I bought a MES 32 and an AMNPS (what a great idea).  I have done several butts, briskets, and ribs, some salmon, home cured bacon, and have just tried my first batch of cheese.  Thanks for all the info you all post and here and thanks in advanced for all the future wisdom.  "Initial Success or Total Failure"
