Im still fairly new to smoking with a vertical gas smoker but i have been turning out some good Q and would like to start using some pellets for all the different flavors and ease of availability. I've bought some pitmaster choice pellets to start experimenting with and would like to know hpws everyones luck using pellets in place of chuncks or chips in the chip pan or will i need an amazen tube smoker? Also would like to hear thoughts on what everyones favorites are on certain meats because id like to start trying diferent flavors and im sure most of you have already done this.
