I know, right!!! I guess it wouldn't be a new thing for hunters, but I've never had "fresh" meat. I popped the pieces in the freezer for few minutes last night as I prepped each piece... Only because I was concerned about how warm it was, but after they were prepped and wrapped, they went into the garage on a super cold, concrete floor for the night!!

Holy mother of all things holy!!! Here's a few q-views 5hrs in... Note my little "cheater" piece between the two big hunks on lower rack... Just had a tiny piece of the end and about died!!! WOW!!!!

The eyeballs are no problem girls...you just pluck 'em out and pop 'em in your mouth!  When you bite down on 'em they burst like a grape...LMAO...picturing your faces right now....

Piece 1 is out! IT at 200, wrapped, and in the cooler! Piece 2 & 3 are at 175 & 180, respectively!!

This was all super dark meat. I was a bit worried that it would be difficult to pull after having to reheat this morning. I'm pleased!!
