Well, been browsing the sight for a couple weeks now and have gotten some real good info on here for some of the smokes im fixin to try. I got me a Masterforge 30" electric smoker(looks just like the MB) last weekend and did the 2-2-1 method on some babybacks i learned from here and they were great. Plan on smokin some deer and pork sausage this weekend and maybe some cheese if the temp is cool enough. Got me an AMNS coming and a variety of dust to go in it,I will take some pics this time. Well just wanted to say hi and glad to here!!
