Hello everyone. ….I seem to be at a loss for words which is really odd for me. So let me start with the basics.
Name: Jeff
Owner of Smoke&Salt
Live: Sacramento, Ca
Smoker: Brinkman Upright (My Starter)
BBQ/Grill: Brinkman Double Barrel, Left side Gas, Right side Coal/smoker
Basically I like to cook meat. I don’t care if I am doing BBQ, Grilling, Frying, or Smoking, as long as I get a great piece of meat out of it, I am happy. Christmas 2011 my wife got me a sausage grinder and stuffer. From that point I found that I have a knack with preparing meats. People started donating money to me for my bacon and other items. So I decided to go legit. I have formed Smoke&Salt and I am trying to get my business license. I have negotiated with a local restaurant so I can officially cook my stuff there and sell it, yet still work out of my home.
Preparing meat is a great hobby (and now job). It is something I enjoy and I don’t feel like I am working when I am watching a smoke house.
