Howdy y'all. I'm from the southeast texas where I love to hunt and fish. Since my dad never hunted, I had to teach myself how to clean and process my own deer using youtube. (You can learn how to do anything on youtube)! Anyway, now that I've gotten pretty good at that, I'm ready to start making my own sausage. This is by far the best site to learn how, so I'm looking foward to the Wealth of knowledge that exist here. Thanks guys!:texas:
