About me, well I'm a long time home cook and grill man but slightly new to smoking. I came into possession of my grandfathers first smoker, the most basic charcoal smoker you can get, think brinkman vertical water smoker without any vents and all stainless steel. Pretty but not very controllable. So after a year smoking in this I decided to upgrade to a MES40 copy made by Master forge. Rather happy with it if I must say.
Now the boring stuff :), married of 10 years with one 3yr old little girl. JK wife would kill me if I called it boring
