I love to cook and I brew my own beer. It seems only natural that I would start dabbling the in the world of smoke and BBQ. Last year I looked a few times at some smokers at various hardware and outdoor stores in the area. I also have a good friend who just uses her Weber to smoke up some tasty treats.
I am here to learn and first things first I need to decide the best way to get started. Trial and suggestions are the only way I learn.

Live in Pittsburgh
Love beer, so I make it
Eat food, so I make that too

Thanks in advance
