Welcome to the show, Gentleman! Getting ready to hit the stage this evening Smokin Hot Breasts and Lollipops! It's sure to be a great show, so get comfy, order a couple drinks and be prepared to have a night to remember! And don't forget to tip your waitress!!!

Lol, breasts and lollis have been brining for a couple of hours in cup kosher salt, cup brown sugar, a blend of Cajun spices, a dash of old bay...(all dissolved in a gallon of water)

Getting ready to finish preparing to the lollis--I'll get you a before shot shortly!!!

Literally was trying to put the phone down to get them out of the garage where they are bathing :) when I say your post. I only de-skinned legs prior to brining... Give me a few to get the girls ready!!!
 
My knife was sharp enough, evidenced by a few ragged bones... And all the blood all over me... Not sharp enough to clear the bone but plenty sharp enough to slice into the meaty part of my palm near my thumb... Nice.

If I told y'all what has transpired between them and now you might just sit down and burst into tears... I'd chocked it all up to a total loss (which is fine, I'm really not a fan of chicken) -- but I think I (praying) I may have scored! Giving it another ten minutes and pulling it out.

I hope to show (awesome) q-views instead of "what NOT to do"

All where sopped with melted butter, raw agave, Kansas City's Cowtown SweetSpot, a dash of Old Bay and an old favorite, Chef Paul Pridhomme's Blackened Redfish Magic (hard for me to find, but it is a standard "cajun" spice, AND a splash of Sticky Finger's Carolina Sweet... Literally just stuff in the cabinets...
 
I hate to submit such low quality photos, and not the best shots... But really, I'm just thrilled that I had the opportunity to smoke this weekend.

An last minute, necessary road trip yesterday that ended up taking much longer than it should (but had great results; I got a new (to me) car), finally got the new alternator into my big-a$$ F350 Dually 4x4 and as I cut my hand someone came to look at the big guy's gmc savana dually box van (like a electricians truck but with a 1 ton tommy lift) that has been for sale for over 6 months -- his last major contract ended Friday and his industry is dead... It's been a busy, stressful 48 hours... But I did a great smoke giving me good for the next several days... Life is good! Just got the call for a 6am start time for work... Guess ill eat tomorrow! Thanks y'all.

I am preparing for the stupidly fresh off the hog, still warm butt next Friday... Til them SmokeUSum and live the good life!

I know, right, Bill!! I'm so excited! The weather for the upcoming weekend is supposed to be AWESOME, which makes me a bit sad to not be saddle up and out on the trail... But I have a hugely pregnant horse and I wouldn't dream of stressing her out by taking her pasture buddy away (I have 4, the other two are 45 miles away)
