Can't build up enough heat in my smoker i have put an album togather in photo section. All help would be greatly appreciated...

Is that your firebox on the right hand side of the smoker?

If so, I would say that you need a bigger intake on the smoker side or exhaust on the firebox to the smoker.

I would also drop the intake more toward the bottom of the smoking chamber.

This is what PGSmoker64 is talking about and I agree this opening is to small. In addition your fire box may also be too small or need to be reoriented. Can you post the dimensions of the cooking chamber, firebox and diameter of the smoke stack, I'll see if I can find the pit calculator by Cranky Buzzard.
