I just built an Ugly Drum Smoker in January, and new to smoking meats. This will be my 3rd smoke on the UDS, and tomorrow I will be having a BBQ SMOKE DAY with my buddy who introduced me to the world of Smoking. We will be making 2 boston butts for pulled pork sandwiches for my child's birthday party on Saturday. Also, we will be making a buffalo chicken chicken fatty, and a chicken cordon bleu chicken fatty for snacks, while enjoying some cold one's. Just got done rubbing the meat, and cant wait to fire up the UDS in the morning!
