Hi I am from Leduc Alberta Canada. Im new to smoking. I have a small true north Smoker that I have been loving every time I use it. I hunt white tail deer so Ive made around 6 batches of jerky and tried some other things. It can get to -50 cel in the winter so I want to make a bigger smoker that I can do more with and something Insulated so I can smoke in the dead of a Canadian winter. I would love any advice or tips on how to get better at this or on building a smoker.
