Hello all, first post here but I've been lurking around for over a year. Tomorrow will be my first smoke with my new Egg. Any tips or tricks? I'm doing babybacks. Foil or no foil? Time and temps? You get the idea.
Thanks I'll do that. Okay some really basic questions. I did a test run today with just brickets and I coudn't get the temp up over around 120F. I just dumped the brickets in the bottome of the egg with no grate or anything. Is that right? Also should I use a water dish? I have smoked before, just not with this egg. Thanks for the help.
