I hail from Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Hoping this site will provide some good insight. I have been smoking meat for about 6 years. I have a weber smokey mountain 22.5 inch but have operated and owner other models.
I plan to open a smoke house in the next year. If anyone has some history running smokehouses and would like to share their experience please hit me up.
I am in the process of finding wood/timber providers in the Ontario region. I plan to smoke a lot this year and wouldn't mind finding a bulk source.
