Hello, I've been lurking for a few months and have learned a ton already from this site. 

I caught the BBQ bug from doing a pork butt last fall on my Brinkman electric bullet.  Turned out so great I've done 4 or 5 more since then along with ribs, pork chops, chicken thighs, cornish hens, and a fatty.  Found the site from Jeff's book I recieved as a Christmas present. Thanks to all who share their knowledge and help out us amatuers.

No problem! It's great to meet folks from "nearby" with the same passion (Engadine, MI is 5 hours lol)
