So a little about myself. My name is Bill and I'm originally from eastern Washington State, but now living in southwest PA. Been here about 17 years. I've always been a typical BBQ'r, but now I want try smokin me some meat! I had never really considered smoking meat, but now for some reason my brain is telling me to try something new. So I went out and bought a MES 30" smoker. Figured that would be good enough for now, hopefully it will be the start of a really great new hobby. I've been poking around this really great web site to see what it has to offer, and I'll tell ya, you folks have one terrific group of very knowledgeable, helpful people here. I'm going to be doing a lot of searching and reading the forums to get the answers to my questions. But right now, I need to get busy, cause my taste buds are yelling at me to get smoking!
