Hi all. My name is Bruce and have had a trager Texas for about 6 months now. Love smoking meat, fish and cheese. Looking forward to learning new tricks and recipes.

Welcome! I was born in Fargo, raised across the red in MN. Went to NDSCS. Always felt as much Dakotan as Minnesotan. Good to see north represented.
