well my prep started last friday as you will see by my pics I have uploaded.

Got my new pellet smoker AMNPS, the mailbox, added some dryer vents, used a new radio shack brushless fan....did it all. Going to have an overnight smoke. Have the shoulder on now, 8PM. Going to put Ribs on at about 2AM.

OOOPS sorry wrong forum but.....

Pork moving along. It's cold outside. Thank god I have the dryer box that is insulated cause i would never get the box up to temp. At this rate it is only 146 after 2 hours! Its only 25 degrees outside
