I bought one from Lowe's after christmas and have used it 5 times, first doing smoked salmon fillet, then Pork butt. I couldnt get proper smoke with low temp with factory smoke box so ordered 12" Amazn products pellet holder then did another butt and it turned out great, I also did a brisket and it turned out good. After reading a post on the Amazn matts, yesterday I ordered 3ft of matts and another 12" pellet holder and am going to try chicken wings when it all comes in. I guess I got a good smoker as I am able to get it to hold 200 to 250 degress with out any problems, except the factory chip box not working at low temps.
