Cajun Bandit sells some nice ones:  http://cajunbandit.com/wsm-parts-mods/   I used them on my drum.

Look under my signature line - there is a link to some grommets I came up with using 3/8" lamp rod. Total cost was about $5 and only took about 15 min. to install in my WSM. Have been using them for over 4 yrs. with no issues and can fit up to 3 probes comfortably and 4 with a squeeze.
