Hello everyone, I'm a long time griller looking to get into smoking. I've catered using a grill for over 10 years and used my own for 15 years. I cook using a Weber Performer and a Smokey Joe Gold which means I'm strictly charcoal.

Check out my work in the for the last couple months.

Thanks S2K9K, Jeff's course is how I ended up on this forum.  I haven't read all of his posts yest but I definitely have them in my in-box. I look forward to sharing here and learning from others.
