Welcome fellow Arizonian, Glad ya found the site ,LOADS of great info and I'm STILL reading and learning my way around!

Thanks!! Im in the east valley. Can't believe all the info on this site. Right now I just have a two chamber charcoal grill I use. But soon enough ill have my build started and will be smokin in no time. Chicken, brisket, and ribs are great on the grill. But could use some extra smoke. L be sure to put up lots of pics when I finally get started.
