I have done searches and found nothing. I am going to buy my first smoker is this a good idea? Thanks

Well I bit the bullet and got it. Took about a hour to assemble (with the help of a 8 year old) When the weather clears up I'll cure it. Then I think I'll try some kielbasa.  Any advice I got a recipe and cure no.1.

You might try plugging "kielbasa" in the handy dandy search tool up top..

You will get plenty of reading..
