The wife wanted jerk ribs for supper so I decided to do some pastrami as well! Bought a couple of small corned beef briskets from wally world last night. Woke up to a fairly nice morning! The wind wasn't howling and it was supposed to reach the 60's today. Got the pellet pooper fired up!
Getting closer! The neighbors had all paid a visit as well.
My trusty smoking partner was tired so he went in and took a nap.
The ribs were awesome! Sorry forgot to take a few finished shots! Got the pastrami all sliced up for sammies this week!
