Hi all fellow smokers here's a pic of tonights smoked hamburgers stuffed with marble jack and seasoned with salt ans pepper and for the side some baked potatoes. Now i have a

question i love grilled burgers with bbq sauce so the question is to sauce or not to sauce?

Hey man, if you love sauce then sauce those bad boys - get some on before you pull 'em off the smoker so it cooks in a little and you get a little carmelization.

I wen ahead and sauced two if them and cheesed the other two. Didnt even try the ones with cheese the sauced ones were pretty tasty

Thanks everyone they were great but there is nothing like a good pp sammies which is whats on the menu for tomorrow at lunch

Very nice!  They all look good - my wife would love the cheesed burgers!!! Cheese inside and out?  Shoot, she'd be all over them dudes!
