Great site, can't wait to check it out more. I've been smokin for about 4 years. I'm hooked and can't stop. Started out with a 30 Masterbuilt electric, loved it and purchased a 40" about a year ago. Trying my first attempt at ring sausage later today. Ribs, hams, pulled pork, brisket and jerky, not sure which one I like best, there all good!
