Smoked a shoulder today. Kind of a last minute decision. I got the smoker ready and my wife headed down to the meat market and picked up a 5 lb'er.

Best bark i've had to date (sorry no pic of it prior to the pull)



Saw the recipe for this sandwich on here. Gotta say it's darn good. Love the Stubb's as well.

Really, i'm not much of a slaw guy. Onions and pickles take the place in this case. My wife like coleslaw and sometimes makes it homemade. Thanks Wes!

Thanks everyone! Just heated up a bunch for my family and mom. Heated it in a crokpot for the first time ever. This is a pretty good technique for reheating but it's still of course not as good as right off the smoker.
