fulton to be exact.  always looking for new ideas for cookers.  curently using a uds and a bradley dbs 6 (for the wife).  making a rf atbthe momment and currently designing a 250 gallon build.

Not suggestion that! The wife doesn't care for charcoal taste. I started out with my DBS andewnyears ago as a cancellation prize for not bein able to go tonflorida for vacation... Lol I got the better end of that deal! But not too long ago I got the itch to build one and it was a uds. Now I'm building a rf and have plans for a 250 gallon build I can't wait for.

Jrod, one step a head of you, already joined to see who was in the area. It would be cool to get some Midwest boys together for a good old fashion cook out that's for sure
