A couple months ago I decided to buy your rub and sauce recipe and it was the best investment in a recipe I have ever made, period. My wife and I LOVE the rub recipe, especially on smoked wings! We use the exact rub recipe with no deviations and we have the best wings we have ever had from any place EVER! I know that sounds like a lot of hyperbole but it's absolutely true! We have an Emeril's Bam-B-Que Smoker and in 45 minutes we have the most amazing, tasty, sweet, juicy and tangy wings EVER. We buy the wings fresh locally, too and that really does make a difference. We top it off with the homemade sauce and it's a simply heavenly meal. No more bottled sauces for us! Thank you again for two awesome recipes!
