Hello All,

I found and joined this site yesterday. I live in Jackson, MS area near the Ross Barnett Reservoir. I have been an avid griller but never owned a smoker before although I love all things smoked (pork being my favorite). Well, I received a Cookmaster by Masterbuilt propane smaoker for Christmas.

Looking forward to reading and interacting with everyone on this forum in the future. I'm new to this so if I get out of control with questions just let me know.

Thanks,

Josh
